Dear friends, members and colleagues,

On behalf of the Hellenic Veterinary Medical Society (HVMS), it is our great honor to extend a warm welcome to all of you attending the 29th FECAVA EuroCongress, which will be hosted alongside the 12th Hellenic Veterinary Congress for Companion Animals in Athens, in September 2024. This year is particularly significant for us as we celebrate the 100-year anniversary since the establishment of our society. The dream of organizing the FECAVA Eurocongress to mark this important milestone has finally come true.

The scientific program of the EuroCongress has a rich variety of topics, encompassing the latest advancements, emerging trends, and best practices in companion animal veterinary medicine. Experts from various disciplines will deliver insightful lectures and interactive workshops. Furthermore, this congress will also serve as a unique opportunity for veterinarians from all over Europe to gather, exchange ideas and establish lasting professional relationships.

The members of the organizing and scientific committees have worked hard in planning and preparing this anticipated event and will continue their endeavors over the months to come. Their dedication ensures that this EuroCongress will be an enriching and memorable experience for all participants. We hope that all the above will be reflected in the fulfillment that each of you may feel after attending this congress.

Language:
The Congress will predominantly be conducted in English, accompanied by the provision of simultaneous interpretation services for all English sessions. Furthermore, there will be two daily streams dedicated to Chinese.

Dress Code:
During the entire Congress, the attire will be casual and informal.

Liability and Insurance:
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or indirectly arising from the WSAVA 2024. Congress Participants are advised to take out their own personal health and travel insurance for their trip.

U.S. dollars/RMB

Guest Attendance Policy:
All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
